We understand and appreciate that, as a parent, you may have questions or concerns about sending your child to MOVE. We trust the information below will clarify all the questions you may have. If not, please do reach out to us, we would be happy to try and answer any questions or concerns.

Whether a young person has grown up in church, or has never been to church before, we seek to create a welcoming and fun space for young people to experience God in a natural and intentional way. We hope that their experience at MOVE will create moments that they will treasure for the rest of their lives!

Questions you may have

MOVE is a five-day summer residential event for teenagers aged 14-18. It's an all-inclusive experience that not only provides food, lodging, fun, games, activities and sports, but also community discipleship and an age-intentional programme. MOVE aims to provide encounters with Jesus that leads young people to embrace Him and the Kingdom Work purposes they've been called to.

Our hope is that through all that happens at MOVE, young people will get to know Jesus better, they will appreciate that they are uniquely created with purpose and will return home ready to use the gifts and talents for the purpose that they have been created for.

We work hard to give you value for money and feedback is unanimous as to the quality for money that is MOVE. We put together the costs for those participating so that once you arrive EVERYTHING is covered - food, accommodation, activities, as well as the provision of all small group and programme materials.

There is a tuck shop and a small merchandise stall open at certain times during the day. These items are not included in the registration fee.

As a parent I felt a little nervous sending my boys to MOVE but was reassured by the fact they were going together and with a group leader that we know and trust. I was happy to send them as I feel the underlying message of hope and community that Christianity brings is mostly unspoken in day-to-day life. When they returned they were full of this hope and joy which I wasn't really expecting but was glad to see. They really enjoyed the trip and had lots of fun, fresh air and good grub in addition to the spirituality. I would be happy to send them again!
