A crucial part of our ministry is connecting with and supporting local youth workers in both rural and urban areas. Our team is regularly on the road meeting youth workers individually as well as gathering with other workers from their localities. We believe that a well-supported and championed youth worker can have a profound impact on their local community and our goal is to see youth work grow across this island through deeper investment in local youth ministry.
Throughout the year we run various events and retreats for Youth Workers and Volunteers such as our Connected Youth Leaders retreat and Prayer Nights. In addition, we work in collaboration with other organisations and churches to create opportunities and events such as Momentum and Signal Fires for Youth Workers to provide space for encouragement, support and training.
