At this stage in our development, we wish to recruit two Regional Workers in Ireland:

1) CIY Regional Worker (East) (Full Time - Focus for this work will be Dublin, Midlands and south into Wexford and Cork.)

2) CIY Regional Worker (West) (2 to 3 days a week - Focus for this work will be Sligo, Galway, Limerick.)

Is your passion to see young people grow in their faith with Jesus?

The CIY Regional Workers will be key members of the CIY team who will get the opportunity to help pioneer youth work and youth ministry alongside the local church in Ireland. We want to help the Church raise up young people in Ireland to be Kingdom Workers.

Do you love the local Church and long to see it strengthened?

We want to support the local church as it seeks to provide Christian faith forming communities for young people all over the island. The successful candidate/s will be frontline encouragers who foster and facilitate stronger relationships with churches and leaders across Ireland.

Are you an encourager who loves to invest in leaders?

Through this work, CIY aims to better support youth workers and youth leaders on the ground. Specifically helping with the support, encouragement, resourcing and care of youth workers in local churches through Project-Y. Alongside growing and developing our relationships with Churches, Youth Leaders and Youth Organisations.

Are you a pioneer and self-starter?

Alongside this, the Regionals Worker/s will be fully involved in the creation and implementation of CIY events, retreats, mission trips and resources.
