Stephen has been working with young people since 2008, serving in local churches and helping them grow in their faith. He is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and creating spaces where young people can encounter Jesus in real and meaningful ways. Above all, he wants them to know their worth and significance as people made in the image of God.
Before stepping into full-time youth ministry, Stephen spent 15 years as a fire performer and several years as a coffee roaster. He also holds a Commercial Pilot’s License and has a deep love for aviation—always happy to chat about planes with anyone who will listen!
Stephen is married to his wife, Jo, and together they have a young son who keeps life wonderfully busy—along with their dog, who adds an extra layer of chaos!
